Thursday will be our last day posting to these blogs in class.
I encourage you to continue outside of class, but we will no longer be taking class time to write in these online journals.

Screenshots of the sweetness that is my iPhone.
I wish I could afford a Mac right now. I need a new desktop machine and a Mac would be perfect. Great multimedia programs, can dual-boot Mac and Windows operating systems, and they look sweet.
Just one problem. They’re way too expensive!
Maybe in the next 10 months I’ll be able to afford one.
I was able to jailbreak my iPhone yesterday.
You wouldn’t believe how happy I was to be able to do this.
Yes I know I am a geek. Thank you. Have a good day
Christmas Break was awesome!
I stayed at my brother’s in Independence from the Friday evening we got out of school to the Thursday after Christmas. I didn’t do any school work….none!
Played a bunch of Xbox 360 on his projector and got a bunch of new clothes, a sweet new coat, and a sweet scarf.
Also got to visit a little bit more with Laura, a foster child living with my parents, who’s a senior high school student in Odessa.
Since my wireless keyboard/mouse receiver was destroyed a couple weeks ago I’ve been missing it. Yesterday I finally had time to call Logitech and order a new one.
The good news: It was only $10.
The bad news: It’ll take 2 weeks to get here!
So I ordered 2 of them just to have an extra one on hand.
In other news, I’m glad its Friday. I was here all day Wednesday and got a lot done, but there’s still a bunch of things I need to clean up in the classroom.
I’m also excited to have Office 2007 installed on all the computers in this room now. After taking a few minutes to get used to it, you’ll love the features it has!
I’m excited for the Varsity Basketball team. They have a chance to do something special tonight, advance to the Championship game of the Centralia Tournament. If they come out ready to play like they did (for the first time) on Tuesday we should be ok.
Though it’s only been a week, it seems like it has been forever since my freshman team played. I expect we’ll pick up our first win this Saturday in Westran….speaking of which, I need to find out where Westran is.
I’m getting better at rolling our of bed between 5 and 5:15am for morning practice. It’ll be nice to be able to sleep in until 6-something on Saturday, and 7-something on Sunday!
You should have the following links on your index page:
In completely unrelated news, I think I’ll name my first child (which will be a boy) Tuff Thomas Reynolds. However, I was very disappointed when I googled “Tuff Hedeman” (of 8 Seconds fame) and found out his real first name was Richard, not Tuff.
Happy Tuesday!
Update: This child is a couple years away from being born.
Another game tonight…this makes 3 in a row for me.
Lost our game on Monday, Varsity Boys won yesterday (and Varsity girls lost a close one), and the Freshman Boys play Moberly tonight at 7:30 in the Mexico Tournament.
I can’t wait until Thursday when I can get home before 11pm and get some real sleep. Until then, I apologize for walking around like I’m asleep. Too much to do, too little time, too little sleep, too much gas money.
As Joe Dirt says, you just gotta keep on keepin’ on.
Life’s a garden, dig it.
I expected Thanksgiving break to last a little bit longer. It seems like it flew by! Part of that could be due to the fact that I was here at school on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, to get some work done and basketball practice.
Speaking of basketball, the freshman boys play their first game tonight at the Mexico tournament. The game starts at 7:30.
I’m excited! I think we’ve got a pretty good team but I haven’t been around freshman basketball since I was a player years ago so I have no idea how good a freshman basketball team should be.
If you’re looking for something to do tonight, come out and cheer us on.
